Changelog

Consolidated some code into the common section. Changed the tag loading system from a Mixin to is(TagKey<Item>) to directly registering items with TagLoader. Changed the unlocking of equipment slots to an option. (Default: true) Added Netherite Plated Elytra as the default Elytra.
