Added a NEW type of emerald:lava emerald. At the same time,I added the sword,axe and pickaxe of it...

I'll add the lava emerald shovel and hoe in the Next beta version.
lava emerald It has the damage of lava. It can fill the cauldron.
lava emerald sowrd It can scorch the target entity. It can fill the cauldron too.
lava emerald axe It can scorch the target entity and logs. It can fill the cauldron too.
lava emerald pickaxe It can scorch the target entity and stones. It cannot fill the cauldron.(changed in the next version)
