EnchantLimiter
EnchantLimiter is a lightweight standalone Paper plugin that gives server owners complete control over enchantment levels.
Limit overpowered enchantments, completely disable specific enchantments, or leave them unrestricted using a simple in-game GUI.

Commands
"/enchantlimiter"
Opens the enchantment limiter menu.

"/enchantlimiter reload"
Reloads the plugin configuration.
"/enchantlimiter scan"
Immediately scans online players and fixes enchantments that exceed configured limits.
GUI Controls
- Left-click an enchantment to increase its maximum level
- Right-click an enchantment to decrease its maximum level
- Set an enchantment to Level 0 to completely ban it
- Set an enchantment to Unrestricted to allow every level
- Shift-click Reset All Limits to clear all configured limits

This permission is granted to server operators by default.
Compatibility

Other modern Paper versions may work, but the plugin is built and tested specifically for the Paper 1.21.11 API.
Installation
- Download the plugin JAR.
- Place it inside your server's "plugins" folder.
- Fully restart the server.
- Run "/enchantlimiter".
- Configure each enchantment through the GUI.
Avoid using "/reload", as it can cause issues with many Paper plugins.
Configuration
The plugin automatically creates its configuration files after the first startup.
You can control:
- Inventory scan frequency
- Whether custom-model items bypass enchantment limits
- Maximum levels for individual enchantments
- Completely banned enchantments

Vanilla Minecraft and other plugins can sometimes create items with enchantment levels far beyond what your server allows.
