Enchantable Skulls

This datapack allows skulls to be enchanted using books and anvils.

Features: -Allow every vanilla skull item/block to be enchanted with helmet enchants. -Is compatible with player heads. -Is compatible with other addons that add custom heads (such as mob heads)
