Added

• Inventory books planning mode on the anvil: optional switch uses your carried enchanted books to grey out unreachable enchant levels and to validate Go (with merge-aware level caps from your books).
• Scrollbars on the applicable-enchant list and the book-order body when content overflows (wheel scrolling unchanged).
• Step detail in the book-order plan: level cost and XP for each step on a second line under the main step text (slightly smaller, indented).
• Planning debug log (optional): when Debug log is enabled in anvil settings, logs inventory book mode refresh details and Go runs to the standard log.

Fixed

• Book merge steps in the plan now show left/right books to match the cheapest anvil orientation (the level cost was already optimal; the written order could imply the expensive layout).
• Per-step cost / XP sublines: text is actually drawn scaled (with matching wrap width) so the second line reads smaller than the main step, without crowding.

Changed

• Applicable list: Enchant levels at or below the level already on the item are disabled (grey, no click) instead of highlighting “on item” with a separate color. Curses in the list are always red (no curse color option).
• Settings: removed curse and applicable list color pickers from config (anvilApplicableCurseColor, anvilApplicableOnItemEnchantColor dropped; old JSON keys ignored on load). Shorter English and French labels for anvil and tooltip toggles, plus shorter path color button text and tooltips.
• Side panel list text uses the same scale as vanilla GUI labels (default font, no extra text scaling on those lists).
• Scrollbar placement respects the inner box border and clearance from the edge; the text column is narrowed by the track width plus a small gap so lines don’t run under the thumb.
