Changes
Added
- Missing books list: in My books mode, levels your books can't make are now orange and still pickable. Press Go and the Book order panel lists the missing enchanted books, with the merge alternative under each one (e.g. Protection IV — or 2× Protection III).
- Mode in the panel title: the left panel shows All books or My books, so you always know which mode you are in.
- Creative: right-click a Book order step (or a missing book) to get the single-enchant books you don't have yet.
- Summary tooltip: hover the Book order summary to see what each line means.
- Why a click failed: when a Book order click can't be done, the reason shows above the hotbar (e.g. Missing books: Sharpness V, Take the result out of the anvil first).
- Error sound option: Dispenser click (default), Note block, Villager or Off, with a preview when you change it.
Changed
- License: now GPL-3.0 (was CC0). Earlier versions stay CC0.
- No Fabric API needed anymore. The mod only requires Fabric Loader.
- Planning modes renamed All books / My books (were Vanilla / Inventory).
- Book order summary: XP needed: 291–751 and Next anvil use: +7 levels (the real extra level cost, instead of an internal number).
- Clearer help texts and error messages in English and French; French is now complete. The French Go button is Calculer.
- Settings reorganized (Panels, Book order summary, Book order actions, Colors, Advanced); every option has a tooltip, and click-to-fill is now a normal toggle. Item tooltip lines renamed Anvil uses / Next anvil use (untouched default texts are updated automatically).
Fixed
- Closing the anvil now resets the panels and saves your enchant picks (the close hook never ran before).
- Settings rows no longer draw over the Save button on small windows, and the “Scroll for more” hint is visible again.
- Book weight for Efficiency (and datapack/modded enchants) now matches vanilla in the planner.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
