Ender Eye Sword — 1.3 Forge Edition
This is the last Forge release. We're closing out Forge support with a proper port — not a hotfix, not a patch.
What's new
Full port to Minecraft 1.21.4 Rebuilt from the ground up. Same features as the Fabric version, same enchantment system, same mechanics.
Strong Detachment Fully functional on Forge. Can be applied at the enchanting table — on the sword and on books. Two levels, scales pearl shot power and durability cost. Incompatible with Mending.
End of Forge support After 1.3, all future development moves to Fabric exclusively. If you've been on Forge — this is a good time to switch.
Under the hood
- Ported to Forge 1.21.4 event bus and DeferredRegister system
- Data-driven enchantment system (same as vanilla 1.21.4)
- Fixed break animation bug from older versions (missing player reference)
- Fixed double swing animation on right-click
Future updates — including the Ender Mace — will be Fabric only.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
