Changes
1.3.0
- new
mobFallDamageMode: mob fall damage in The End and Sable sub-levels is disabled by default, separate from the playerfallDamageMode - new
gravityImmuneEntitieslist in the config screen: extra entity IDs that ignore low gravity without a datapack. It only affects living entities, in addition to thegravity_immunetag - mobs now fall with reduced gravity on Fabric too. Flying and anchored mobs (ghast, bat, allay, armor stands...) are skipped automatically so they don't float away
- the default
gravity_immunetag now ships with the ender dragon, wither, allay, bat, bee, blaze, ghast, phantom, vex, parrot, armor stands and anything tagged#c:bosses. If your datapack replaces that tag file, your file wins and the default list is not applied - block-breaking particles now get the reduced-gravity effect from a Particle.tick mixin (every tick, End and Overworld) instead of a reflection pass every 4 ticks, so the effect no longer compounds over a particle's lifetime
- lower the default particle gravity offset to 0.1. A config that already saved 0.5 keeps 0.5, so delete the entry or hit the reset button to pick up the new default
- fix: the config screen showed 0.5 as the particle offset default instead of 0.1
- fix: the
gravityImmuneEntitieslist could desync items and arrows when listing one; it is now limited to living entities
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
