Quest Book Update
This update brings a major visual and quality-of-life overhaul to the Quest Book.
Improved HUD and Interface
- Redesigned buttons and icons with a new wood and parchment style.
- New animations and visual feedback throughout the interface.
- Category progress is now displayed with a visual progress bar.
- Categories with unclaimed rewards are now highlighted.
- Added a new "Claim All" button.
- Added real item icons to quest rewards.
Bestiary Improvements
- Added a direct Bestiary shortcut to the Quest Book.
- New visual indicator when undiscovered Bestiary entries are available.
- Improved reward icons and fixed several missing textures.
New Notifications
- Reworked quest completion notifications.
- Added a notification for new Bestiary discoveries.
- Improved notification animations.
Player Statistics
- Added a new Player Statistics page to the Quest Book.
- Track monsters killed, blocks broken, and blocks placed during your adventure.
First-Time Tutorial
- Added a new interactive tutorial for players opening the Quest Book for the first time.
Quest Chest
- The Quest Chest now uses a new custom texture based on the vanilla Minecraft chest.
Other Changes
- The Quest Book item now uses a proper 3D model.
- Added a new sound when claiming quest rewards.
- Various UI fixes and improvements.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
