⚔️ Version 3.0
The mod has been almost completely rebuilt. Although there are still some mechanics to be added, it is now in a playable and stable state.
🔹 Major Changes
-
Progression System
- The old player level system has been replaced by a point system.
- Level-based difficulty now functions as stage-based difficulty.
-
Progress and Challenges
- To advance your threat level, you must pass a special test.
- Challenges unlock after accumulating a certain number of points at your current difficulty level.
- Increasing the difficulty is not mandatory: you can stay at whichever stage you prefer.
-
Impact on gameplay
- Each difficulty level applies unique multipliers to monsters, adjusting their power and behavior.
-
System Modularity
- Additional systems have been migrated to other mods, resulting in a more organized and flexible experience.
-
New Item
- The Challenge Crystal has been added; it is required to initiate the difficulty change challenge.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
