Changelog

Added anouncement system. Improved tectonic maps. Added active disaster markings on tectonic maps. Added two new fault types. Added water flooding to sinkholes. Overhauled disaster spawning system. Tested compatibility with aeronautics. Decreased default disaster construction speeds (may be decreased further in later updates). Added experimental Apocalypses, only the flood apocalpse is fully functional.
