Changes
Read this before updating — two breaking changes.
Every placeholder changed prefix, %playerstatus:...% → %fsp:...%, and the mod's internal ID changed too. No aliases, it's a clean cutover. If you're updating from an older version:
- Remove the old jar first, don't just drop the new one in alongside it — Fabric will otherwise treat them as two separate mods and you'll get duplicate commands.
- Go update your chat/tablist config (Styled Chat, TAB, whatever) to use the new placeholder names below, or those spots will just go blank.

Commands got renamed too: /nametag → /tag, /playerstatus reload → /fsp reload.
New
- Minecraft 26.1 and 26.2 support, on top of 1.21.11
/profile [player]— a status card with name, color, pronouns, role, live status, lore, no-sleep, all in one place. Works for offline players too./lore— freeform text on your profile, MiniMessage formatting supported./features— in-game list of every command and placeholder, click-to-suggest / click-to-copy./live list— see who's live right now, with a clickable link to their stream./color gradient <hex1> <hex2>— two-stop gradient name colors.- Twitch auto-detect — drop a twitch.tv link in
/live linkand the channel name gets picked up automatically. If you (the admin) haven't set up Twitch API keys, you'll get told so instead of it silently not working. /fsp reload— reload config.json without restarting.
Removed
- The Discord webhook feature. Wasn't getting used.
/live status(use/live list).
Security
/lorecould inject clickable actions into other players' chat. colour, gradient and formatting tags still work- Stream links could inject MiniMessage into the server-wide live
Fixed
/color <1-3 chars>was accepted as a "legacy colour code" and pasted in raw. (0–9,a–f); formatting codes (k–oobfuscated/bold/etc.,r) are rejected —/colorsets a colour, not a text style.- **Legacy colour codes were applied inconsistently.
/color gradientrejected#in hex codes- A syntax error in
config.jsonsilently wiped it. It now leaves the file untouched. /lore <text>is now capped at 256 characters, with a "(truncated…)" notice, matching/tag set.- Clickable stream links were showing up as raw unformatted text (
<click:open_url:...>and all) instead of actually being clickable. Same bug snuck back in twice now for the same underlying reason — worth knowing if you're on an older build and things look broken. /live listlinks weren't clickable at all, ever.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
