Changes
Fantasy Knights & Factions 1.0.3
New mobs and Events
- Added new Illager Archer
- Added new Armored Illager Swordsman
- Added new horse mounted illager event
- Added new illagers mounted on ravagers event
- Added villager with a donkey on a lead event
- Added villager with a camel on a lead event
- Added evil wizard vs friendly wizard skirmish
Spawns
- Added Ward Altar block to prevent spawns/events/skirmishes within a radius (can be adjusted in Config or in villagerpatrols.toml)
- You can right-click the Ward Altar to change its settings in the new GUI
- Blocked spawns/events/skirmishes on all types of slabs - protection against slab roofs
- Skirmishes can only happen on partially flat terrain
- Village Guards can't spawn twice within a 96 block radius (guards spawn at bells)
- Adjusted Village Guards spawn height, hopefully avoiding rooftops
- Added a 2 minute delay to spawns/events/skirmishes every time you load a world (can be adjusted in Config or in villagerpatrols.toml)
- Torches and lit areas now prevent spawns
- Bandits now have a 25% chance to spawn during the day while keeping the previous spawn rate at night
- Added a global faction for friendly mobs for compatibility with other mods or friendly mobs (this means guards and other friendly mobs shouldn't attack you, and friendly mobs shouldn't attack each other)
Features and Fixes
- Added 3D ears to elves
- Elf sword, knight sword, evil knight sword, and bandit dagger rework (all weapons will get a proper rework in the future)
- Added knight and evil knight sword variants
- Added knight and evil knight leader swords
- Friendly Wizards and Healers can now change attack modes
- Fixed illager loot tables so they now use vanilla drops
- Elves can become followers if you give them emeralds (requires Villagers Reborn)
- Dwarfs can become followers if you give them iron ingots (requires Villagers Reborn)
- New sounds for elves and dwarfs
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
