Additions (SPOILERS)
- 20+ new fish!
- The Gastronomicon, a mysterious book containing forgotten knowledge about aquatic life
- Pages for undiscovered fish will display only their family and primary environment
- Pages for discovered fish will display their appearance and essence
- Oases are a new structure found in deserts providing an accessible spot for catching desert fish
- Messages in bottles from Rocky Waters may contain a Reservoir Nautical Map, which will lead to an oasis
- Oases are also the only place which the new Lobsters can be caught
- Occasionally, an ancient primordiol rumble can be heard from the oasis... Probably nothing to worry about!
- Bamboo fishing rods can be crafted using bamboo instead of sticks
- The more elastic material makes these twice as durable as regular fishing rods!
- Tarnished and Caliginous Coffers replace lockboxes as placeable treasure boxes
- They are opened using the same keys as before
- The loot is mostly unchanged
- Mossy ponds can be found in cherry groves as a new fishing spot
Changes
- Solstice/Eclipse families are now only affected by the Moon phase, no longer based on east/west of the origin
- Rituals have been made substantially more forgiving
- Performing invalid rituals will now return a Tell-Tale Heart
- Extremely basic rituals (Rite of Fortune and Charm of Butchery) now no longer require a specific fish family
- Aberrations of vanilla fish and shrimp now display their Aberration status in tooltip
- Tweaks to various textures and models
- Ornate Keys have been redesigned and renamed to Sunken Keys
- Anglure shading have been slightly tweaked
- Trout models have had their fins moved back
- Pike, Red Snapper, Bream and its Aberration, as well as the Aberrations for Cod, Salmon, and Pufferfish have all had touch-ups
- Slightly decreased the chance of getting Sunken Keys from fish
- Tweaked the rarity of fish, junk, and treasure fishing loot tables
- Sugar Bait consumption chance has been nerfed to 100% from 40%
- Moondials now explain Solstice/Eclipse mechanics in their tooltip
- Chopping blocks can now be waxed with honeycomb to prevent chopping and removing fish
Removals
- Fish fillet variants are gone
- These were bloat and the large fish fillets were blatantly overpowered
- Lockboxes are removed since they were replaced with Coffers

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
