Changes
Added
- Automatic Title Restore: Displayed titles are now automatically restored when the server starts and when players respawn or rejoin.
- Save-on-Death: Runtime (in-memory) titles are persisted to player data before death so they reliably restore on respawn.
- Admin Recovery (optional): New admin command
/rtitle refreshto force re-broadcast displayed titles to online players (emergency use).
Fixed
- Duplicate Titles: Fixed an issue where titles could appear multiple times above a player when a scoreboard was shown under their name.
- Death / Restart Loss: Fixed titles disappearing after death, server restart, or mod update — displayed titles are now preserved and restored.
Changed
- Spacing: Removed the extra gap between player names and titles so titles render directly above names for a cleaner look (can be fine‑tuned if needed).
- Robustness: Improved handling around lifecycle events (respawn, login, server start) to reduce chances of titles being lost.
Notes
- No action required from players — fixes run automatically.
/rtitle refreshis available for admins as an emergency recovery tool.- If you still notice spacing or missing‑title issues, provide a screenshot and reproduction steps and we’ll fine‑tune the visuals.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
