Fix misbehaving fluid transparency in rendering

• Some fluids like Lava weren't rendered with their proper transparency

Rework tank frame entity handling

• With this change you can directly interact with the tank by right-clicking on a block entity. To open a block entity's UI or interact with it normally you need to shift-right-click or hold the T.I.T. in the off-hand.
