Figura Lite v1.3.5
Encounter-First Permission System
- New players now start with
DEFAULTpermission. - Players are no longer immediately blocked when first detected outside the configured range.
- Auto Panic is activated for a player only after they have entered the configured range at least once.
- After the first encounter, leaving the configured range changes their permission to
BLOCKED. - Returning within range restores their previous permission and reloads their avatar.
- Encountered players are remembered between sessions.
Legacy Permission Fix
- Added a one-time migration for users upgrading from older versions.
- Existing
BLOCKEDplayer permissions are reset toDEFAULT. - Avatars belonging to restored players are reloaded automatically.
- The migration safely retries if permission or config saving fails.
Important: Figura Lite previously did not record whether a player was blocked manually or automatically. Because of this, the v1.3.5 migration resets all existing
BLOCKEDplayer permissions, including players that were manually blocked.
Stability
- Encounter history is limited to 10,000 players to prevent unlimited config growth.
- Encounter data is saved in batches to reduce disk writes.
- Permission and encounter states are saved before disconnecting or closing the game.
- Runtime player state is cleaned when changing worlds or disconnecting.
- Pending avatar reload entries expire automatically.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
