FixMCStats

Adds support to MC 1.21.9 and 1.21.10.

Removed patch :

• MC-139386 : the bug have been fixed by Mojang the patch is no more included in the mod.

Fixes :

• Camel stat and crawl stat patches have inverted patch ID in configs
• MC-213103 patch : with non-english languages the list can be sorted incorrectly. The fix uses the same system of the patch of the MC-178516 and so needs the same setup to work (JVM language should match the MC defined language).
• The patch command suggestions aren't sorted correctly
