🛠️ Modular Weaponry Overhaul
Mechanical Trigger: Introduced a new specialized component required for assembling modular crossbows, found in pillager outposts and bastions.
Data-Driven Recipes: Migrated the modular weapon and arrow assembly systems to a semi-data-driven system for better mod compatibility. (Still need to improve that... Soon modpacks... soon...)
🪶 New Modular Arrowheads Trailing Rope Head: A vertical traversal tool that, when impacting the underside of a block, automatically deploys up to 20 consecutive segments of Rope.
Weighted Hook Head: A high-utility component that allows modular arrows to function as a grappling hook for rapid movement.
🪄 Enchantments & Effects Archery Enchantments: Added three unique enchantments for modular weapons:
Photosynthesis: Restores durability when the weapon is held in direct sunlight.
Bioluminescence: Causes projectiles to emit light and track targets in low-light environments.
Gale Force: Significantly increases projectile velocity and flattens flight trajectory.
Bleed Effect: Finalized the status effect logic for serrated arrowheads, dealing damage over time upon impact.
🐎 New Keybing
Added a Keybind (default: G) to let the horse walk without holding W Added a Keybind (default: left Alt) that allows the player to turn their head freely (without turning the horse) when held. In that case, you can steer the horse using your left/right keys
🤝 Compatibility & Integration JEI Integration: Implemented a comprehensive Just Enough Items plugin with custom categories for Shaving, Steaming, and Fletching recipes.
DataGen Refinement: Resolved several automated data generation errors regarding item tags and blockstate mappings.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
