Changes
Added
- Added a
preventEatingFullyDecayedFoodconfig option (default:true). Food whose hunger recovery has decayed to 0 can no longer be eaten, so items like golden apples cannot be eaten over and over just for their effects. The check runs on right-click on both sides and shows an action-bar message. Blacklisted foods, creative mode, foods that never restore hunger, andguaranteeMinimumNutrition = trueare unaffected. Requested in #57.
Fixed
- The Wicker Basket could be eaten at full hunger, letting players max out saturation. It now follows the same rule as normal food: it can only be used when the player can eat, unless the food it would pick is always-edible (e.g. golden apple). Reported in #58.
- On Fabric dedicated servers, server config values were never sent to clients, so tooltips, AppleSkin values, Wicker Basket food selection and basket slot validation on the client were all computed with default values. This made it look like config changes had no effect on servers. The server config is now synced to each player on login (a new
SyncConfigPacket, sent on every platform). - The Fabric config loader no longer keeps the previous world's
basketBlacklist/new-key values in memory when a world's config file does not contain the key.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
