Changes
Full Summary of Changes All changes are uncommitted (3 modified files + 2 new files).
- Armor HUD replacement (ForkClientController.java + new component)
- Replaced the old text-only "Armor Status" widget (armor_widget/armor) with a new "Armor Durability" icon widget:
- New module id armor_durability registered in the HUD category (controller:349) and as a draggable widget (controller:407).
- New ArmorDurabilityHudComponent.java (client/hud/) — renders each equipped piece as a 16×16 icon + durability %, color-coded (critical/red/yellow/green gradient), with scale, item spacing, horizontal layout, and per-slot visibility options.
- Removed the old getArmorLines()/getArmorDurability() text renderers and armor case in the text-widget pipeline.
- Wired rendering + sizing (scaled dimensions for the HUD editor box) and mapped the widget↔module ids.
- New config screen (this session)
- ArmorDurabilityConfigScreen.java (new, client/modules/) — ForkClient-native, follows the MotionBlurOptionsScreen pattern:
- Scale slider (0.1–3.0×), item spacing slider (0–20 px).
- 7 checkboxes: Horizontal Layout, Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings, Boots, Elytra, Turtle Shell.
- Live sample preview (scissored to box), Save / Reset / Done buttons; position is left to the HUD editor.
- Component refactor to settings-driven (this session)
- ArmorDurabilityHudComponent now has a public Settings holder with loadSettings()/saveSettings(), settings-based render overloads, renderPreview()/sampleItemCount(), and a scaledDimensions(client, settings, count) overload.
- Fixed the previously dead show_turtle_shell setting: turtle helmets are now gated by their own toggle instead of show_helmet.
- Click GUI integration (this session)
- ForkClickGuiScreen.java: right-clicking a module card opens its config screen (openModuleConfig()); left-click still toggles.
- Translations (en_us.json)
- 15 new screen.fork-client.armor_durability.* keys added.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
