FreeMinecraftModels 2.14.2:
- [Fix] Bedrock players see models animate again when an animation uses a multi-line MoLang program. One such keyframe used to freeze every animation on the model, idle included.
- [Fix] On 1.21.9 and 1.21.10, a modeled mob, pet or /fmm mount no longer stays standing where it spawned for players who come into range after it started riding. Broken since 2.12.9.
- [Fix] A model at the edge of a player's view distance no longer pops in and out every few seconds. It now stays shown until it is 4 blocks past the view distance.
- [Fix] Riding a modeled mount no longer snaps your camera each time the model's bones are seated.
- [Tweak] Models playing idle or walk send their pose every other tick instead of every tick, and the client glides between poses. With 25 animated pets and one player, packets fell 48% (21,200 to 11,000 per second), FMM's server CPU 23% and its memory allocation 38%. Attacks and other animations still update every tick. New config key riddenBoneUpdateIntervalTicks (default 2).
- [Tweak] One player far from a model no longer doubles the packets that model sends to everyone else. With 25 pets and three players, the owner's traffic fell from 39,200 to 11,000 packets per second. The server now tracks the model's mob as far as the model can be seen, so players 45 to 60 blocks away keep seeing pets.
- [Tweak] Java clients skip drawing model bones that are off screen. With 25 pets behind the player, the client's render thread used 16% less CPU, allocated 44% less memory and spent 56% less time in GC pauses. New config key cullOffscreenBones (default true).
- [Tweak] A model that comes into view, turns visible again, or starts or stops riding sends one rotation packet per bone: 41 for a 41-bone model instead of up to about 1,700.
- [Tweak] Models nobody is watching no longer compute their poses, and bone updates allocate less: total server allocation fell 15.7% with 25 pets in view.

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
