Player entities and lots of code improvements.
ADDED:
Added player entities: picking minecraft:player shows the player skin of who opens the quest book. Added a Player Skin option: use a username, a player UUID, or a PNG from config/ftbquestsentityvis/skins. Added a Slim Arms option for PNG skins. Added Loading, Retrying and Failed messages while a player skin downloads. Added a new mod icon. (Shiny!)
IMPROVED:
Improved the NeoForge config location: it now uses config/ftbquestsentityvis/client.toml like Forge. Improved network sync: entity settings are sent as compact values instead of text.
FIXED:
Fixed a config hook that also ran on the server, which could break Forge and NeoForge dedicated servers. Fixed observation task icons treating block IDs as entities.
CODE CLEANUP:
Merged six copies of the entity settings code into one shared class. Merged the entity editor screens and task icon code into shared code. Removed unused code, build helpers and 44 unused lang entries. Removed the unused Fabric main entrypoint. Removed about 1,800 lines across mixins, client code and build files. The mod is about 28% smaller.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
