XPR: New use for Conduit

Changelog

  • Added Conduit teleportation:
    • Added a kelp food recipe.
    • After eating that food while have conduit power, you will be teleported 2250 blocks.
    • Removed Nautilus Shell Echo recipe. I'm not totally sure if this is a good addition, but since Nautilus exists, the Conduit became even more useless. It is just like a water Beacon, and considerably hard to get, so... it makes sense for it to have the Beacon hability to teleport the player.
