Wrench Mode — Built-in Universal Wrench (no tool needed)
Switch the Swiss Knife to Wrench mode and it becomes a universal wrench:
Locked Wrench Mode: right-click to rotate blocks around the clicked face normal (Create-style, works on machines from most mods); shift-right-click to dismantle Outside locked mode: shift-right-click also dismantles; if dismantling is not applicable, it falls back to the current tool's function Dismantled drops are collected straight into your inventory (dropped on the ground if full) Drop Protection
Configurable in config/generaltools_blacklist.toml. When dismantling, if the total drop stacks (including container contents) reach the threshold, the dismantle is blocked with the message "Too many contents, cannot dismantle".
Pipez Compatibility
The Swiss Knife carries the forge:wrenches / forge:tools/wrench tags, so Pipez and similar mods recognize it as a wrench — shift-right-click can operate pipes (disconnect / extraction toggling).
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
