GeneratorCraft - Lootboxes, Gambling, RNG, Economy

Changes:

• Abandoned Slot Machine finally has its own Loot Table
• Changed how the chat looks when killing mobs and currency chances proc
• Added a new feature: Rebirths:
  • Upon reaching GeneratorCraft Level (10 × (Rebirths + 1)), you unlock the option to Rebirth
  • Rebirthing will reset your stats, advancements, recipes, shop unlocks, and GeneratorCraft Level back to default
  • But you'll gain a Rebirth Boost of +0.1
  • Rebirth Boost is a multiplier added to Coin and Gem drops from mobs and farming

Fixes:

• Money Logs and Leaves dropped Slot Tokens even when mined with Silk Touch
• Fixed mob killing rewards (Coin, Gem, Box Chance, etc.) and adjusted some values
