Added

• Added a bundled starting_map preset using the default snow-map setup values, without a Fresh Air area.
• Added a Dev-tab model default export button that copies current C4, Spy Bug, and placement-preset tuning as source-ready Java defaults.
• Built-in tags now appear in the in-game Tag Editor and can have their color and hierarchy priority adjusted.

Changed

• Owner now ranks above Dev in the default tag hierarchy.
• The Players tab no longer treats Passenger as a destructive tag assignment; Passenger remains the default fallback when no higher tag is active.

Fixed

• Fixed setting/toggling Passenger clearing a player's other normal and custom tags.
• Fixed the Tag Editor only listing custom tags and hiding existing built-in tags.
• Fixed dev self-detection in the Players tab to also accept matching usernames, so the dev account is not locked out under mismatched UUID setups.
