Fixes & Changes:

Fixed Fire Tornado no Owner Crash.
Fixed Call Focus not working with owned Ravagers.
Fixed certain pages of the Black Book.
Fixed some Ritual error messages.
Soul Bolts when shot by mobs will use the mob's Attack Damage, meaning if the mob has Strength, the Soul Bolt will deal more damage.
Necromancer Servants can be made to summon Skeleton Servants by right-clicking on them with an Osseous Focus.
Dark Anvils now have a config that makes it take Experience Points instead of Levels.
Dark Anvils will drop 12 Dark Metal Ingots if broken through overuse.
Border Wraiths no longer stop breathing fire when getting hurt on difficulties higher than Easy.
Added Blacklist config to Hook Bells so certain raider types are no longer effected by it.
Forbidden Grass can now spawn structure-overridden mobs. (Ex. Haunted Armors when placed in Crypts).

Additions:

Added Chill Fabrics which are used to create the not truly implemented Frost Robes.
Added new Effect, Frosty Aura, which causes any mob near the afflicted to gain Freezing Effect, much like how Fiery Aura causes mobs to be set on fire.
Crones can potentially drink a Frosty Aura brew now.
