Goety - The Dark Arts

Fixes & Changes:

• Improved API so that custom spells can configure its own Soul Cost, Cast Time and Cooldown based on the certain changes on the player (ie, wearing specific curios or holding certain items).

• API can be used to create new custom armor(not existing armor unfortunately) that provides soul discount per piece like the Dark Armor.

• Tweaked the exterior of Dark Manors. Interior only receive very minor changes.

• Haunted Skull Projectiles, when hit through other projectiles or melee, will prematurely explode when not emitting an aura.
