I fixed the item model. Now this finally works! This should work as a datapack and be usable as a texture pack to make it look right. Go enjoy eating a gold-plated tuber!
THE PROBLEM I FIXED:
Turns out, I needed to make a folder called "items" in the texture pack part! So I did, and added a file in there so Minecraft actually has something to do with the folder.
For whatever reason, it's not working quite right as a resource pack but it works with the other version? Its weird, but I'll fix it!
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
