Changes
New Construction Modes
- Flying Blocks: textured blocks follow curved flight paths, rotate and settle into their final positions.
- Reverse Collapse: rubble rises from the ground and reassembles into the selected structure.
- Assembly Workshop: industrial construction with a moving gantry, grabber and conveyor belts.
- From Model to Home: a miniature of the selected structure grows, unfolds its walls and lifts its roof before final assembly.
- Orbital Strike: volumetric stars converge into an orbital accelerator, a beam strikes the site and the structure appears instantly. Square shockwaves, raised perimeter segments and flying debris surround the impact. The effect does not damage nearby terrain.
- The four kinetic modes include custom sounds and respect the selected construction speed, including Insane. Import and Preview
- Added Java-world import from folders and ZIP archives, including drag-and-drop support. The mod suggests potential buildings to extract.
- Selection bounds can be edited directly in the menu on all six sides. Buildings can then be saved to the structure library with block and container data.
- Added textured 3D inspection for imported and regular structures, with camera rotation and zoom. In-world placement previews also use block models.
- Prepared structures can be rotated in 90° steps and moved horizontally or vertically. Movement supports 1-block and 10-block steps, with fully rebindable controls, including the fast-movement modifier.
- Improved detection of large and tall buildings, block-palette reading and facade visibility in large previews. Oversized detected areas are offered as separate sections. Controls and Fixes
- Added three placement policies: preserve existing blocks, replace them, or clear the entire site before building. Clearing includes fluids and gaps absent from the schematic; removed blocks and container data are backed up for Undo.
- Added builder tips with a minimum 15-minute interval between automatic appearances. Tips can be disabled directly in the interface, preferences persist across restarts and key-related tips display the current bindings.
- Added a compact slide-out filming tab: infinite invisibility without particles or an effect icon, invisibility removal, time-of-day controls and weather selection. Actions require appropriate permissions. Manually selected time is no longer reset after Clockwork Drive finishes.
- Optimized the schematic library: browsing no longer fully loads every structure, selected schematics are cached and large schematics use more compact storage. Added malformed-file and memory-budget safeguards.
- Fixed short presses of vertical movement keys, including Page Up and Page Down.
- Fixed fences, walls, glass panes and iron bars remaining after dismantling because their neighbor connections changed. Player-edited blocks remain protected.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
