New mechanics:
-
Holy Quran item - craftable (4 emeralds + 4 gold ingots + book). Holding it in the offhand while sneaking gives Regeneration. Required to enter the Nether; entering with the Quran grants a blessing message + Fire Resistance and Night Vision for 30 seconds.
-
Full diamond armor is now forbidden - equipping the 4th piece (full set) removes all diamond armor, deals 2 hearts of damage, and shows a warning.
-
Profanity filter – certain words cause instant death, others give a warning, and some are only logged to console.
-
Ramadan - every 6th day is a fasting day. Eating during daytime (sunrise to sunset) cancels the food, applies Nausea, and kills the player with a custom death message.
-
Totem of Undying ban - players cannot hold totems in either hand. Attempting to do so moves the totem to inventory or drops it if inventory is full.
-
Baby animals are fully protected - attacking any baby animal is prevented and damages the player instead.
-
Wandering traders are now protected like regular villagers.
Fixes:
-
Death messages now appear in white text.
-
Death from any violation now correctly drops the player's inventory items.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
