restore default values for the mod, 2x speed mount, 90% slow without rider

current speed and stats of speed of happy ghasts
/happyghast speedmount <1,10>
modify the speed of happyghast between 1 and 10, careful with higher than 5, ghasts could be pretty fast, even more than rendering
/Happyghast speednorider <0,10>
the speed of happy ghasts without rider
additional changes
- now wihtout riders, happy ghasts dont go too far, they only wander 20 blocks around from where you dismount so they dont go too far, is pending to add a command for this
