Changelog
The Bell Flower update (as a part of the March update) introduces the first event in Happy Ghast: Upgrade Snowballs. During this event, a range of rewards can be unlocked, including a brand new upgrade.
Bell Flower Event
The Bell Flower Event is the first event of 2026 and introduces a range of surprises. The main objective is to fly through the skies with the Happy Ghast to collect the event currency, Bell Flowers, which can then be used to unlock unique rewards.
Event Introduction
Introduction Screen

Bell Flower
Bell Flowers are obtained by flying with the Happy Ghast. For every 300 blocks traveled, one Bell Flower is added to the player’s inventory. By right-clicking the item, it can be redeemed and added to the player’s balance.

Final Reward
The final reward of the event is a decorative plant that can be used to enhance your world. As a purely cosmetic item, it is intentionally difficult to obtain and is aimed at dedicated players.

Cosmetics
During the event, optional particles appear around the Happy Ghast. These can be disabled if desired.
Duration
The event begins on April 3 and ends on April 17.
Upgrade Snowballs
This update also introduces two new Upgrade Snowballs.
Totem Siege Upgrade
The Totem Siege Upgrade functions similar to a Totem of Undying within a large radius around the Happy Ghast. When a player would die, the death is prevented once. In return, the Happy Ghast is sacrificed and will die.

Legendary Totem Siege Upgrade
The Legendary Totem Siege Upgrade serves a similar purpose. It also prevents player death within a large radius, but unlike the standard version, the Happy Ghast does not die.

Crafting Recipes
This update does not introduce any new crafting recipes, as they will be added after the event. However, the Handbook can now be crafted using Dirt.
Tech
- The Trophy Screen now supports scrolling when there is not enough space to display all trophies.
Future
The next update is planned to release around mid to late April, likely shortly after the event ends. It will return to the usual format, focusing on permanent features rather than event-based content.
Support for version 26.1 will be added very soon. However, the event will not be available in this version.
Until then, enjoy the Bell Flower Event.
