Rotate text holograms
/holo <name> rotate <yaw> [pitch] [roll]turns a hologram to face a direction.- Yaw can be a direction (
north, east, south, west, northeast,sw, …), degrees (90), relative to the current value (~90), ormeto face you. /holo <name> rotateon its own shows the current rotation.- You can set it together with the billboard:
/holo <name> billboard FIXED north. - Degrees match
/holoblock rotate: 0 = south, 90 = east, 180 = north, 270 = west. - Rotating switches a
CENTER/VERTICALbillboard toFIXEDand tells you so, because those modes always turn towards the player.
Double-sided holograms
/holo <name> doublesided [true|false]makes text readable from both sides. With no value it toggles.- A second copy of every line is placed on the same spot, turned 180°. It follows the hologram's rotation, pitch and roll.
- Both sides show the same text, including per-player placeholders like
%player%.
Playtime leaderboard
/holoscore create <name> playtime [title]shows every player's vanilla play time with no scoreboard setup.- Online players are live. Offline players are read from the world's stats files in the background.
Time since joining
/holoscore create <name> sincejoined [title]ranks players by how long ago they first joined the server, in real-world time.%joindate%shows the date, e.g. 19 Oct 2026.- Join dates are stored in the vanilla objectives
holo_joindate(yyyyMMdd) andholo_jointime(HHmm). Admins can correct one with/scoreboard players set. - Players from before the update get their date from their oldest world files.
Time formatting for score holograms
/holoscore <name> w|d|h|m|sturns weeks, days, hours, minutes or seconds on and off. At least one unit always stays on.- When minutes or hours are the smallest unit, the remainder shows after a colon:
5m 10s→5:10m→0h 5:10m. /holoscore <name> fullswitches between5m 10sand5 minutes 10 seconds.- Your own scoreboards on
minecraft.custom:minecraft.play_timeare detected and shown as time automatically. So are other tick-based stats: time since death, time since rest, sneak time. /holoscore <name> valuetype auto|ticks|seconds|minutes|numbersets how an objective's value is read, for dummy objectives that count time.
Click to change pages (interactnext)
/<holo|holoscore> <name> interactnext [true|false]: right-click shows the next page, left-click the previous one.- Text holograms flip through their pages, wrapping around and skipping empty ones. This works while animation is off and the hologram isn't frozen.
- Score holograms scroll through ranks, e.g. top 1–10, then 11–20.
- Turning it on also turns on the click box. While paging works, clicks turn pages instead of running the interact command.
🔧 Changes & fixes
setline <n>@andremoveline <n>@now give an error when no page has that line, instead of reporting success./holo infonow shows the rotation and whether the hologram is double-sided./holoscore <name> infoshows the time format.- New score pages made with
newpagecopy the time format from the first page.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
