Clickable holograms
Every hologram type (<cmd> = /holo, /holoblock, /holoitem, /holoscore) can now run a command when a player clicks it, with left- or right-click.
/<cmd> <hologram_name> interact: turns the click box on or off (off by default)/<cmd> <hologram_name> interact <command>: runs the command as the player who clicked, like a clickable chat link/<cmd> <hologram_name> interactcon <command>: runs the command as the console/<cmd> <hologram_name> interactsize <width> <height>: sets the click box size yourself (0 0= automatic)- Placeholders such as
%player%are filled in for the player who clicked - Text and score holograms with
billboard FIXEDorHORIZONTALget a flat click area that matches the text; holograms that face the player get a tight box - The click box grows with the hologram's scale and moves with it
infoshows the interaction settings andinforawlets you click to edit the command
Teleport other players
/<cmd> tp <hologram_name> <player>teleports another player to a hologram (selectors like@aand@pwork too)- Needs the new permission
hologrammod.tp.othersor op level 2; the console can always use it /holoscore tp <name>now works the same way as the other commands (/holoscore <name> tpstill works)
🔧 Changes
- Maximum
scaleraised to 200 for all hologram types (was 10 for text/score, 20 for block/item) - Text and score holograms now update in place: only lines whose content changed are re-sent, and nothing is sent when nothing changed
- Scoreboard holograms check for score changes every 0.5 s instead of every tick
- Server placeholders (
%online%,%tps%,%time%…) now refresh on their own usingplaceholder_refresh_ms - Hologram entities are no longer re-sent to players on a timer, which saves bandwidth
🐛 Fixes
- Fixed holograms duplicating, especially placeholder and scoreboard holograms. Holograms are no longer saved into the world, so no second copy can load back in when a chunk loads. Holograms in unloaded chunks are ignored until their chunk loads.
- Leftover duplicates from older versions are cleaned up automatically as chunks load
- Fixed the literal
%player%sometimes showing instead of the player's name after walking away and coming back, teleporting or relogging - Placeholders from TextPlaceholderAPI (
%player:…%) are now shown per player correctly
⚠️ Notes
/killno longer removes block displays, item displays or click boxes, the same as text holograms already were

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
