Changed some stuff to make the actionbar automatically start working

Put the Player Motion datapack into this one, so you don't need to install it, but go support it anyway! If the creator of the datapack wants me to revert that I will, so just tell me and I will, no questions asked. You can reach me on the github attached to the project.

Put the resource pack into the Datapack, so you don't need to install the resource pack anymore, just drag the datapack into your resourcepacks and enable it.
