What's new in 3.1
Data & API Overhaul
- Triple API Fallback System — The tracker no longer relies solely on a single point of failure for Mojang profile lookups. We engineered a robust fallback sequence (Ashcon -> Official Mojang API -> PlayerDB). If one API goes down or fails to find a player, it instantly cascades to the next, guaranteeing reliable stat tracking.
- Flawless Nicked Detection — Leveraging the new triple-API system, the mod can now definitively identify if a player is using a fake name. Instead of failing silently, the Lobby Stats HUD will now proudly display a red
(Nicked)tag right next to their name. - Intelligent Error Diagnostics — Completely eliminated the dreaded "silent failures" where the
/zh wtracker would say "Fetching..." and then do nothing. The mod now properly intercepts HTTP 404s, Rate Limits (429), and missing Arcade profiles, delivering precise, color-coded error explanations directly into your chat.
Bug Fixes & Stability
- Accurate "Fastest Win" Calculation — Fixed a severe math logic error where Hypixel's time data (provided in seconds) was mistakenly being divided as if it were milliseconds. The tracker now displays 100% accurate speedrun times instead of broken "0:02" values.
- Alien Arcadium Time Parsing — Corrected the internal API tracking key specifically for Alien Arcadium, restoring its ability to display your legitimate 105-round victory times.
- Canonical Name Capitalization — The tracker no longer awkwardly inherits the all-lowercase names typed into the
/zh wcommand. It now dynamically injects the exact, Mojang-verified casing (e.g., typing "freelightning" cleanly renders as "FreeLightning").
Visual & UI Enhancements
- Lobby HUD "Fastest Win" Column — The highly requested "Fastest Win" metric has been officially integrated into the auto-rendering Lobby Stats HUD, allowing you to instantly vet your teammates' speedrun capabilities before the game starts.
- Premium Color Palette Integration — Overhauled the Lobby HUD typography to match our premium aesthetic. Stats are now gorgeously color-coded for instant readability: Rounds (Red), Wins (Gold), Kills (Aqua), and Fast Win (Magenta).
- Dynamic Map Title Colors — The Lobby HUD title now dynamically shifts its color based on the map you are queuing for (Purple for Dead End, Red for Bad Blood, Green for Alien Arcadium, and Aqua for Prison), making it feel incredibly polished.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
