- All ground vehicles now have their correct engine preinstalled, and the corresponding engine is part of the initial recipe
- Removed engine hours from car tachometer gauge
- adapted new isOpenTop functions & retired old soundPass systems
- add new soundPass system, cutting 30% of unnecessary sound code
- tweaked doors, hoods, flaps, windows etc. to dissapear on totaled vehicles
- completly overhauled Ford Mustang Engine sounds

- fixed quad model having an empty object
