Changelog
1.3.0 — Train Dynamics + Stations + Automation
1.1 — Train Dynamics
- Fixed visible chain lag at high speed by removing block-display teleport interpolation.
- Added bidirectional trains and dynamic leader reversal.
- Added
/trigger im.reversewhile riding any coupled train. - Reversal flips carriage order, rebuilds path history from the opposite end and reverses current motion.
- Push-pull trains can use either end as the leader without physically turning the consist.
1.2 — Stations
- Added station-name announcements from the first line of a sign placed beside station rail.
- Added gold-block terminal stations.
- Terminal stations use the configured dwell time and then reverse the train automatically.
- Existing cargo stops, redstone-lamp stop signals and speed zones remain compatible.
1.3 — Automation
- Added automatic shuttle operation through terminal stations.
- Added persistent train direction state on controllers.
- Upgraded controller schema to v3 while preserving existing train IDs/couplings.
- Chain visuals now update directly from the current cart endpoints without interpolation delay.
Compatibility
Separate builds are included for modern, transitional and legacy Minecraft versions because datapack folder names, function macros and command behavior changed between 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.21 and 26.3.
Legacy note: 1.20–1.20.2 uses the compatibility follower engine.
- Added English / Russian / Ukrainian language switching to the Legacy branch.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
