Changes
This is the initial full release of Intentional Pickup.
Features:
- Disables mobs from being able to pickup any item off the ground, instead they will now only pickup items off the ground if they were intentionally dropped by a player. (This should prevent mob build-up lag in caves in long-term worlds and servers)
- Includes support for item tags that act as a whitelist and blacklist to control what player dropped items are allowed or disallowed to be picked up by mobs. Both empty by default, meaning mobs pickup any player dropped item. See README for how to set them up.
- Available for both Fabric and NeoForge.
This version is also compatible with 26.3.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
