Random Item Effects shakes up vanilla gameplay by assigning every item in the game a random status effect that applies while it's held or worn, anything from Speed and Regeneration to Poison and Wither. Effects are seeded, so you can reroll the whole pool for a fresh challenge run or lock in a set you like.
Server admins get full control via the /randomeffects command. Start, stop, reroll, check an item's effect, or tweak settings like amplifier level and whether negative effects are included. There's also a synced in-game GUI so players can see current settings without digging through config files. Great for adding a roguelike layer of chaos to survival or challenge worlds.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
