IT'S NOT REAL

(hopefully) fixed multiplayer cooldown issues, if you want to help me test (i did a VERY small test with sum1 else), set up a repeating command block with the command "/testcommandforthisoneupdate" with multiple people in your world (i tested with only ONE other, so it'd be nice if you tested more than one), and after a couple of messages from the command, break/stop the command block. IF each of the numbers are only decreasing by ONE each message please comment (on the curseforge) telling it works, if they're decreasing by MORE than one each message PLEASE comment (on the curseforge) it doesn't work.
