Changes
- Platform links play every site yt-dlp supports again. They stay off until a server operator sets
enablePlatformLinks. - Bundles deno 2.9.8 again, the JavaScript runtime yt-dlp needs for some sites. Servers extract the bundled tools again once after updating.
- yt-dlp 2026.10.21.
- Platform discs prefer a site's audio-only HLS stream, so a video whose audio file the site refuses to ffmpeg now plays.
- Bundles the Linux (AMD64) tools only, about 279 MB once extracted. The Windows executables are gone: on a Windows server, put ffmpeg (and yt-dlp and deno for platform links) on the PATH or set
ffmpegBinaryandytdlpBinaryinconfig/jockey_radio.json.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
