🔱 Added the Thypoonee firearm!

For Devs:

🎮 Added fireTimer and preFire sound so guns can have a cooldown before firing!

Fixes:

🔧 Bees no longer crash the game upon entering a Boo Nest/Hive!

🔧 Fixed Controllable crash on 1.20.1

🔧 Added some tooltips so players no longer get lost with resources!

Dev note:

First arrival of Water Guns on JEG (more to come)!

I truly hope you guys like them, as they are not regular firearms but perhaps something more unique ✨
