Patch: Hotbar Preset Restore Logic

Restore uses NBT-first matching with safe fallback; empty slots only drop when preset is empty

• Hotbar preset restore now prioritizes exact NBT matches, then falls back to same-item matches; if no candidate exists, the current hotbar item is kept.
• Empty-slot cleanup now only discards items when the saved preset slot itself is empty, avoiding unintended drops from mismatch comparisons.

• 快捷栏预设恢复改为“先 NBT 精确匹配，再同物品兜底”，若无候选则保留当前物品不清空。
• 仅当预设槽位为空时才会清空/丢弃对应快捷栏物品，避免因不匹配而误丢弃。
