Keyboard/Mouse Input Detection

Removed hold option and added sustained option which is a direct upgrade to teh old hold function.

Command with the syntax /keydetection <add/remove/list> <press/release/sustained> run now

You can press specified key with sustained option to keep executing functions until releasing the key.
