Updates:

• Legendary pickaxes digging speed modifier has been reduced: +60% -> +40%.
• The damage increase for legendary swords has been reduced: +50% -> +40%
• Legendary swords have had their attack speeds reduced: +50% -> +30%
• Added support for datapack mechanics for armor.

Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where the mechanics for pickaxes were not working correctly.
• Removed an unused feature that was creating unnecessary overhead every tick.
• Fixed a bug where pickaxes also received sword modifiers.
