🚀 KibbleCommands v2.0.0 — Major Architecture & Features Release
KibbleCommands v2.0.0 is a major milestone release packed with dynamic client command synchronization, full PlaceholderAPI integration, automated event triggers, in-game alias editing, random execution modes, SQLite/MySQL database persistence, and execution auditing!
✨ Key Features & Enhancements
⚡ Client & Network Synchronizations
- Instant Client Autocomplete Sync: Autocomplete choices (
player.updateCommands()) push dynamically to player clients when aliases are created, deleted, or reloaded without requiring a relog or server restart. - SQLite & MySQL Cooldown Persistence: Saves player cooldowns across server reboots or multi-server proxy networks (BungeeCord/Velocity). All database queries run asynchronously to keep server TPS solid (Folia thread scheduler compatible).
🛠️ In-Game Administration Commands
/kc edit <alias> <new_command...>: Update an existing alias's target command instantly in-game without deleting and re-adding it./kc history <player>: Inspect recent alias executions for a player from the audit log (/logs/use.log) directly inside chat.
🧩 Integrations & Dynamic Placeholders
- PlaceholderAPI (PAPI) Soft Dependency: Resolves any
%papi_placeholder%(e.g.%vault_eco_balance%,%luckperms_primary_group_name%) in command targets, action messages, and permission messages. - Remaining Time Placeholders:
{cooldown_remaining}and{warmup_remaining}tokens formatted automatically in warnings and messages.
🎲 Advanced Alias Mechanics
- Random Execution Selection (
mode: "random"): Pick one target command at random from a list of options (perfect for random rewards or loot commands). - Automated Event Triggers: Trigger console commands automatically on player lifecycle events:
events.on-joinevents.on-first-joinevents.on-death
- Vault Economy Costs: Charge players in-game currency (
cost: 50.0) to execute an alias. - Warmup Delays: Enforce countdown timers before execution (
warmup: 5). Automatically cancels if the player moves or takes damage. - Cooldown Bypass Nodes:
kibblecommands.cooldown.bypass.<alias>permission node to skip limits.

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
