To gain Superman's (Kryptonian's) abilities, you need to bargain with a Cleric at level 5 - a Kryptonite Shard. So by combining 9 shards, you will get a Kryptonite Block, and together with another shard and a golden enchanted apple, by creating a syringe, you can get Superman's abilities!
To get the abilities of Captain America (Super Soldier), you need to create an injection with infected dna, then you put this injection in a furnace and get an injection with human dna. And in the end, you improve human DNA with the help of special ingredients and gain the abilities of a Super Soldier!
